Harry's extensive commercial litigation experience includes but is not limited to: contractual and business relationship disputes; real estate and land development disputes; asset, debt and mortgage recovery actions; claims of bad faith, fraud and misrepresentation; commercial lease remedies; construction liens and litigation; and, injunctive relief proceedings.
Harry was successful co-counsel in Hearing Clinic (Niagara Falls) Inc. v. 866073 Ontario Ltd. et al, one of the longest commercial litigation cases (72 trial days) ever tried in Niagara. The Honourable Mr. Justice J.W. Quinn, the presiding judge in the Hearing Clinic case, concluded his 325 page Reasons for Judgment with the following: “By way of conclusion, I express my appreciation to all counsel for their diligence in this case.
