Born and raised in St. Catharines, Lisa is excited to launch her legal career in her hometown. She received her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and Criminology from York University in 2009 and her Juris Doctors from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in the unique Canadian & American Dual J.D. Program in 2014.
After completing her articles with Chown Cairns Lawyers LLP, Lisa was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in June 2015 and has since re-joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Lisa’s areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, labour and employment and real estate law.
In the past, Lisa has volunteered as a tutor in adult literacy and was a Big Sister at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor-Essex. Lisa continues her teaching and tutoring endeavors in the Niagara region and is an adjunct educator at Niagara College.
